#ACECreative is the next generation of ACE, targeted only at companies mixing ICT and Creativity.
We are proud to announce the #ACECreative accelerator launching its first ever call for companies to select 2015’s TOP 50 ICT driven Creative start-ups in Europe. Companies are encouraged to apply for their chance to win (as always!) a customised support package to grow their business internationally, and to benefit from targeted coaching and tailored advice with a specially assigned experienced mentor.
Coordinated by EBN and building on the ACE Acceleration Programme for innovative ICT SMEs, #ACECreative is designed specifically for creative start-ups and SMEs developing and working with the latest technologies (e.g. 3D printing) and ICT SMEs innovating in the creative sector. ACE Creative will support Europe’s most innovative SMEs through its European network of expertise in training, investment and business coaching, ensuring these companies rapidly gain entry and grow into international markets.
Robert Sanders, Head of International Projects at EBN, stated “This project will support the development of high tech creative industries in Europe. By leveraging the strengths of our European partners’ working with the local creative economy, we aim to directly engage and support these companies to grow in Europe and beyond. “
During the next two years, this Horizon2020 funded initiative will select 100 companies in Europe, connect them with each other and set them up with a pan-European support team. An international team will then help identify and introduce them to the clients, investors and contacts they need to grow their business in new markets. Parallel to this, the project will provide an online resource centre via www.acecreative.eu to help 1000 creative entrepreneurs’ access training programmes and support to develop their venture.
